Sound in experience in all operations and its end-to-end value chain
Ability to expand operations capabilities in line with the business development plan and AOP
Contribution to direct P&L and a good understanding of finance and Market interface.
Ability to handle large diverse teams and be accountable for overall business contribution.
A seasoned leader with the transformative and visionary ability to lead from the front.

15+ years of relevant experience in valves/ engineering / auto industry
Understanding of required standards like ASME, API, ISO etc.
Ensuring OTD with sound material planning
Deep knowledge of costing of material
Strategizing alternate channels of sources and vendor capability development initiatives
Very strong and tactful negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent communication skills
Vendor supply audits and inspection for smooth flow of delivery

10+ years of relevant experience in valves/ engineering / auto industry
Understanding of required standards like ASME, API, ISO etc.
Ensuring OTD with sound material planning
Deep knowledge of costing of material
Very good negotiation and influencing skills
Identify various areas
Coordination with all internal customers
Excellent communication skills

Must have 15+ years of experience.
Must have worked on or implemented MS Dynamics 365
Sound knowledge of ERP preferably valves/ engineering or auto industry or related  manufacturing Industry
Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure/network/hardware, IT security implementations.
Have sound knowledge of IT trends / latest technology/automation trends
And the ability to take business advantage by deploying such technology intervention
Ability to make the business case for all technology adoption investment
